We recommend the use of email ticket system as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We aim to reply within 2 hours however on busy days this might not be possible.

For returns department
If you have a problem with your product and you wish to return it to us, you need to log into your account, select the order from my orders and click the return item option next to the product.

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm
Our cutoff time on orders to be dispatched for next day delivery is 4.30pm, however we always attempt to complete orders placed beyond this cutoff.
